Charming cosy cottage, right in the centre of town, yet nicely tucked away in peace and quiet. 3 min easy walk to Katoomba main street shops, cafes, restaurants and bars.

Complimentary fast wifi. Beautiful Rinnai gas log fireplace. Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary pods. Ideal relaxing space for 1 or 2 couples, 4 friends or a family of 4.

The long staircase inside and outside are not suitable for the mobility impaired or young children. No guests under 8 years. No pets. No smoking.

Relax upstairs in the quirky loft games room where you will find a 42 inch tv, PS3, dvd player, dvds, vinyl record player, old school records, dart board, acoustic guitar, books, magazines, board games and puzzles.

Downstairs you can create memories around the huge sociable dining table with 6 comfy leather dining chairs and beautiful gas log fireplace. A second 42 inch tv for relaxed nights downstairs in the two comfortable wingback chairs.
