• Visitors are welcome at the lobby only (no unit visits per building policy).
• Submit valid IDs before check-in for building registration.
• For bookings made after admin hours, our team will personally assist you at the lobby — just let us know your arrival time in advance!

Guests will have full access to the entire unit, including all bedrooms, living area, kitchen, and bathroom.
During your stay
We value your privacy but are available whenever you need assistance. We respond promptly through the Airbnb app and are happy to help make your stay as smooth as possible.
Other things to note
The property is located in a tropical urban environment. Despite regular professional pest control services and ongoing coordination with building management, occasional insects may still be present due to environmental conditions common in the area.
Preventive measures are continuously implemented to maintain a clean and comfortable stay for all guests. We also encourage guests to properly seal food and dispose of trash regularly to help minimize any occurrence.
