The space
Great space for families! 4BR/2.5BA w/ deck, master king bedroom with en suite, large deck for entertaining, outdoor shower, heated pool, fire pit, open & airy interior, easy access to ocean, bay beaches, restaurants & playground.

Open kitchen, dining & living room w/ a breakfast bar for 6. Multiple skylights allow natural light to pour through.

The property is private and safe as its set back from the road, isolated from neighbors and noise. It sits on an acre of land, surrounded by woods wrapping from the front yard towards the back behind the pool.

Outdoor gear includes: kid and adult bikes, a blow-up kayak, kid paddle boards, a surf board, sand toys, beach chairs, boules, tennis rackets, soccer balls and nets and other outdoor sports gear. The yard back onto the schoolyard with quick access to the playground & sport fields and tennis courts.

The house was designed by a modern architect, gaining influence from the 'bohemian Hamptons' scene. Its rounded corners, flat roof and large windows make for a unique environment and living space, and the multiple windows, and skylight allow for natural sunlight to flood into the home. Its bright and warm, even during the off-season!

Guest access
A car is recommended for Hampton Bays, however you can us the bicycle to get to nearby playground, parks, shops and bay beaches.
