This 14th-floor apartment features a King-size bedroom, cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, and modern bathroom. Its Japandi-style decor and earthy tones create a calming atmosphere. You'll enjoy the sound of the nearby river, natural light, and access to over 30 amenities including pools, gardens, gym, coworking spaces, and more. Perfect for relaxing or working in comfort.
Located in Núcleo Sabana, a modern residential complex just 15 minutes from the airport, you'll be in one of the most connected areas of San José. The building itself offers on-site restaurants, a beauty salon, and a supermarket — so you’ll have everything you need just steps away. Whether you’re here to explore the city or work remotely, you’ll find convenience, comfort, and tranquility all in one place.
Guest access
As a guest, you’ll enjoy access to many of the building’s amenities like gardens, gym, green areas, pet zones, and more.
Some special amenities—such as the cinema room, pool table, karaoke, event hall, poker table, BBQ areas, and video game room (PlayStation/Xbox)—are subject to an extra cost and a monthly usage limit, according to the condo’s policies.
👉 These amenities are only available to guests staying for more than one month.
Additionally, the lap pool, steam room, and basketball court are available to all guests but require a prior reservation. If you’d like to use any of these, just let me know and I’ll be happy to assist with the booking.
