Relax at Kidman’s Rest nestled in the Adelaide Hills overlooking the McLaren Vale wine region and enjoy the stunning views. The recently fully renovated property is perfect for a couple or group.
Take advantage of some of the region’s best wineries, restaurants, cafes and distilleries. If you are looking for a more active stay, then perhaps the walking tracks, cycling or the beach will catch your interest. The region has something for everyone.
The space
The fully renovated two bedroom cottage offers two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, the main bedroom also boasts a reading area with access to the deck via french doors. An open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge offer everything you will need as well as incredible views and a wood heater. The property has one bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine.
Guest access
The entire cottage is available to you for your stay including a large deck that takes advantage of the views. There are eight acres of rolling hills that you are welcome to explore which includes a dam and plenty of wildlife.
Other things to note
The cottage has an excellent wood fire but no protective guard. Also the property has a dam located at the bottom of the hill. This should be considered if guests are intending to bring young children.
