Soak up the view during your stay.
Our place is peaceful, comfortable, and relaxing. The advantage of the place is that it is near NAIA airport, Vista Mall, All Homes, Bonifacio Global City, Market-Market, SM Aura, and Mckinley. The place also has its own Mall on the property, which is Grace Mall. There are also nearby establishments in the area like Alfa Mart open 24/7, Starbucks, Anytime Fitness, and more.
Note: Book at least 2 days prior to check-in time, as our admin is closed from Saturday to Sunday for guest's approval.
The space
I have a completely equipped condo. split-type air conditioning, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a smart TV with access to Netflix and Disney+ for the best staycation experience, Globe internet WiFi with 50 mbps, an induction stove, and all necessary culinary utensils are included. I also have a water heater in the bathroom.

We have amenities for wellness and leisure activities, such as:
- Swimming pools (Adult and kids): Please pay a fee at the admin office tower 1 on the 7th floor
- Gym (Located at tower 1 7th floor)
- Kiddie play area
- Basketball Court
Other things to note
- Per SMDC Grace Residences Ruling, using the swimming pool has a fee of P150 for regular days and P300 for holidays per head. You can avail it at the Admin office located on Tower 1, 7th floor.
- Self-parking on site (PHP 300 per night)
