Set in the peaceful village of Komandeli, just a short walk from Oni, this is one of the few large homes in Upper Racha that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to relax, gather, and unwind.

A Home With a Story
Khatosi was built with care and intention by our family over three years, restoring an ancestral home that was destroyed in an earthquake.
The house is named after Khato, Beso’s great-grandmother — an extraordinary woman and honorary citizen of Oni.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and yard throughout their stay.

There are 3 queen-sized beds (1 in each bedroom); 3 twin beds (3rd-floor loft); two large pull-out couches (one in each living room). 3 full bathrooms/showers in the house, and one bathroom outside. House can accommodate 12 guests in total.

Green mountains, two rivers near by, natural springs and ton of hiking trails. We are located near Oni, just 5 minutes drive.
River Jojori natural pool is just 7 minutes walk from the house.
And finally, "Sortuani" mineral water pools are a walking distance from our house as well. This mineral water is known for its healing qualities against acne and other various skin conditions, joint and muscle pain. It also helps with sun tanning.
