Looking for a fun getaway on Keuka Lake near Penn Yan and the wineries? Come stay at our charming cottage right on and overlooking the lake. You can relax, have fun, and enjoy the breathtaking views from nearly every room in the cottage.

The inside is fully renovated.

The beach is just outside the door!

Relax, BBQ, Drink, Swim, Sail, Paddleboard, Ski, Fish, this cottage and area have it all!

The space
Park at the road, descend down steps to enter into the main floor of the house.

On the main floor, there is the kitchen, living room, half bath, and one bedroom that includes a sofa bed, a desk and laundry.

The living room opens to an open air deck that overlooks the lake. There is a dining table and BBQ grill there. From this deck, you can descend down to the beach via stairs.

From the main level, ascend upstairs to 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath.

Descend down one flight of stairs to the newly renovated lower level living that has full lake views. This living area has a sectional couch that converts to a bed, a TV, a standup arcade game, and a custom full bath.

The beach is 50 ft wide and has a fire pit and dock with mooring whips for a boat. Plus 2 kayaks, 1 adult paddle board, and 1 kids kayak
