Because it is a general reinforced concrete condominium, it is not a structure that emphasizes soundproofing like a hotel. There may be noise from the next room and the upper and lower floors, and because it is Kyushu, insects may come out in summer. Also, although smoking is prohibited in the room, the smell of tobacco may remain if the guest who used it immediately before did not follow the rules and smoked. We use deodorant, but it may not completely remove the smell. We cannot recommend it to those who are concerned about these things.

Please note that this is a room (simple accommodation) with furniture and appliances installed in a rental condominium mainly for long-term accommodation for foreigners, so there are no hotel-like specifications or services.
