Overlooking a communal swimming pool, 24-hour security guards, our neighbourhood is on the edge of the city, allowing you to be close yet away from its hustle & bustle.

IMPORTANT:
Because we are FAMILY OWNED, we work & manage property personally. We offer the ENTIRE house with 4 different bedrooms. It is all yours for the days, weeks and months!

The breakdown:

BAPAK: fresh king-size room has its own private bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and lots of space

IBU: the favourite room in the house, new queen-size room with own private bathroom and the poolside view

ADIK x 2: The 2 bedrooms both with new mattresses and bedframes, with an attached/shared bathroom. There's enough space to squeeze in an extra mattress in each room if needed.

All bathrooms have hot water and all rooms have fans, air conditioning and balcony each. Please be advised to SWITCH OFF all fans, lights, air conditioners when not in the rooms/house.

All floors are connected by stairs only, NO ELEVATORS. Please be mindful as you ascend & descend from floor to floor, NO RUNNING and NO SOCKS as it can be slippery.

The whole house is filled with beautiful paintings, vintage artwork and antique furniture. Each room is curated to have its own identity and welcoming feel.

IMPORTANT RULES

1. Respecting Ana & Cora, our housekeepers, is absolutely necessary as they undoubtedly maintain the cleanliness and high standards of our home. NO MISTREATMENT of our beloved helpers is permitted.

2. We are a townhouse that is 3 storeys high, there are NO ELEVATORS. Guests who love a good trek will enjoy climbing the stairs to the room. Please make sure to climb cautiously and DO NOT wear socks because it can be slippery.

3. Please SWITCH OFF all lights, fans and air-conditioners when not in use. And please AVOID SLAMMING DOORS because we are next door and loud slamming shocks us in our sleep.

GROUP RULES

Groups & families are welcome to stay with respect. As we are a residential area we need to observe certain rules to maintain the peaceful harmony of property:

1. NO loud music

2. Responsible use of alcohol is allowed ; however IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR will be met by POLICE action immediately

3. The common areas such as swimming pool & pavillion need to be respected as we are a community here with families and children

We are surrounded by restaurants and malls nearby too! You don't need to go far to find what you need :)

And of course, we cannot stress the peace :) With the birds chirping every morning, you will sometimes forget that you are in the city.
