Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The house is big, and it´s divided in 8 different Suites, each with its own kitchenette and full bathroom and each decorated with a different color palette. We have common areas that are shared by the 8 studios in the property: the garden, hot tub, TV room, etc. The hot tub is heated upon request from 6pm till 9pm, please let us know an hour before use.
The space
We are in Zona Viva, it´s a trendy area with lots of stores, restaurants, and night clubs. It gets crowded and loud on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
We are walking distance to lots of interesting places in Zone 10, like La Estación, Plaza Fontabella, Centro Comercial Los Proceres, Avia. There are also a lot of nice restaurants nearby, like Hacienda Real, Sushi Itto, Saul, Montanos.
To get to other sightseeing places like the City Center, Ciudad Cayala, Mapa en Relieve it´s best to take a Taxi or an Uber.
There is a construction site at the back of the property, so there might be noise during the day.

We are available via the platform or phone, and we have a groundskeeper living in the back of the property and is happy to help.
Other things to note
The price of the stay is based on the number of guests. Please ensure that the correct number of guests is reflected in your reservation, as we do not charge the same for two guests as we do for four guests. The first two guests share a king bed and if you book for more we'll provide extra linens for the sofa that turns into 2 twin beds.
