Fully furnished w/ queen size bed (hotel quality cotton beddings), Wi-Fi, Smart TV (Netflix, Youtube), inverter refrigerator, aircon, shower heater, toilet bidet, microwave, range hood, induction cooker, cookwares, dinnerwares, utensils, rice cooker w/ steamer, electric kettle, built-in drawers and cabinets (wardrobe, pantry, dish rack) mini dining table with stackable stools and mini sofa.
The space
Our place is best for long-term and short-term stays. Fully-furnished with cabinets and drawers to keep your things organized. You can easily access the pocket garden near the unit and view the pool by the window.
Other things to note
PARKING
We currently DO NOT have our own parking slot. As of May 16, 2025, parking along the road in front of the condo (Cardiac Road) is no longer allowed per condo admin guidelines. Overnight parking along the commercial strip of the building is also prohibited.
Some of our recent guests also discovered that you can usually park for free along the road between Stanford Suites 3 and Berkeley Suites, depending on availability. Since it's public street parking, it's first come, first served and isn't managed by the property. Please make sure to follow any posted parking signs or regulations.
If you prefer a designated parking area, there's a paid parking lot right beside the condo building with the following rates:
Parking Rates (same for cars and motorcycles):
• Day Parking (5:01 AM–11:59 PM): ₱60 for the first 3 hours, then ₱10 for each additional hour.
• Overnight Parking (9:00 PM–9:00 AM): ₱250 for up to 12 hours, then ₱10 for each additional hour.
Lost, damaged, or defaced parking tickets will incur a ₱400 ticket fee, plus the applicable parking fee.
Please note that parking fees are collected by the parking management and are subject to their current rates and policies.

POOL
The pool is open daily from 8am to 9pm, except Mondays for cleaning, and is free for two people; additional users must pay Php 200 each to the admin. Proper swimming attire is required, and no alcoholic drinks or food within one meter of the pool are allowed. All trash must be disposed of in bins, and the area should be left clean. Pets, certain equipment, and ball sports are prohibited. There is no lifeguard on duty, so safety precautions are essential. Children under 12 must be supervised by a guardian. Audio equipment use is restricted to earphones, and users must dry off before entering lift lobbies.
