The space
Ideally located, quiet and peaceful, away from highways and close to the heart of Saint-Gilles-Les-Bains and all its amenities.
Residential neighborhood, quiet and secure. You have a free parking space in the building.
The studio is fully equipped (flat screen, free internet via fiber, washing machine, Senseo, toaster, kettle, iron, etc.). Linens, towels and sheets are provided.
You only need to walk 5 minutes to reach the main avenue of the center of Saint-Gilles-Les-Bains, where there are shops, boutiques, bakery, fairground market, public transport as well as very nice restaurants.
You will also reach the marina (various water activities) as well as the aquarium.
Going up the main avenue, and heading towards the ocean (5 minutes further), you will find the small Place des Roches Noires, facing turquoise water, very pleasant for a drink in front of the sunset.
