Charming Chalet, Thoughtfully Equipped

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests and combines rustic charm with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The cottage includes two cozy sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected.

**Bedroom 1:** 8 sq.m. A cozy mezzanine-style bedroom with two single beds offering a warm and comfortable retreat. There are 2 extra (standard and cool water) fans.

**Bedroom 2:** 9 sq.m. Located on the first floor, featuring two single beds or one queen bed for a relaxing stay. AC provided in the living room beats the heat in the bedroom too.

**Extra Sleeping Space:** An additional bed can be arranged in the living room or attic, providing flexible sleeping options for a family or small group of up to 5 guests.

**Bathroom:** 4 sq.m. A modern, spacious, and accessibility-friendly bathroom designed for comfort. Includes shower, bathtub, and features suitable for guests with mobility needs.

**Living Area:** 23 sq.m. A cozy and relaxing space with rustic décor, natural light, and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and rock formations. The living room features an iron fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for quiet evenings indoors.

Katskhi Cottage is conveniently located near the main road and the turnoff leading to the famous Katskhi Pillar. During the day, you may occasionally see visitors walking or driving to the pillar, and you may hear some passing traffic.

The cottage is surrounded by nature, so birdsong and the sounds of the countryside are part of the experience. Depending on the season, you may also encounter insects, fireflies, butterflies, and other small animals.

To make your stay more comfortable, the cottage is equipped with protective screens on windows and doors, as well as insect-repellent products and sprays for guests to use when needed.
