Offering a full service kitchen, washer/dryer, King bed, fans/lights/lamps in each room, newer couch/patio set/tv stand, new bright LED kitchen light, 58" smart TVs, and windows/patio slider have been professionally tinted for privacy and to help offset the Arizona sun. Condo building is near/next to pool/hot tub/gym area. Close assigned.

The condo building is really close to the 24/7 resort style heated pool, hot tub and large gym room!

One assigned covered carport are close to the condo. ALL open/uncovered spaces directly in front of condo are 1st come/1st served.

This condo has everything needed!!

However. we do NOT provide actual cleaners or cleansing type products. And we do not provide any salt/pepper/seasonings or any oils for cooking. The condo has a broom/dustpan, mop/bucket and vacuum cleaners. And all pots/pans/dishes/utensils for cooking your meals at home.

Please ask for an inventory list; most items shown in photos!
