Welcome to a true, one of a kind Nashville experience! You'll be staying at a private property in two separate units, with a shared staircase for easy access. With its own designated parking and only 2.7 miles to Broadway, we’re less than a 10 min Lyft ride! Bring the whole family and friends, this place has it all! From a private karaoke stage, to unbeatable views of the city. we can’t wait host you and the whole family.

The space
A tall and skinny unique build even for Nashville standards! There are two units. One middle unit with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, a Karaoke stage, and views in every direction! The top unit is a penthouse with skyline views of the city, unobstructed by any neighbor buildings, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a HUGE kitchen! The Master also has its own private steam room / shower and walk-in closet.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the penthouse suite, and the mid-level apartment! (with the karaoke stage) Plenty of private parking for multiple vehicles too! The downstairs is currently being remodeled to a restaurant / music venue, so please be aware that there may be potential for noise during your stay.
