Our beachfront house has the best location for those who loves sea and admires nature. Kaprovani is a quiet resort surrounded by pine trees. House is spacious, accommodates 9 people, it has 4 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, 3 balconies and is equipped with everything necessary for a family or group of friends. We offer our guests to stay in our house and enjoy a cozy home, a tranquil atmosphere, the beautiful Black Sea and black magnetic sand beach, for which the coastline of Guria is famous.
The space
House is newly built two story 4 bedroom house, located on the beachfront, with beautiful sea view.
On the ground floor there are large living room with a fireplace, full kitchen with all new appliances (including washer, fridge, stove, oven microwave etc.) and all necessary cooking items and one bathroom. Ground floor has front and back terraces.
Four bedrooms with enclosed bathrooms are on the second floor. Two front bedroom have a sea view and one of them has also balcony with beach and sea view.
House is mainly equipped with locally made wooden furniture. House has its own yard which is surrounded with beautiful fence and gives you secure and cozy atmosphere. In the front yard, we have a table with three benches and outdoor shower hose.
This house belongs to our family, we spend summer holidays here with our children, but we rent a house when it is free. We rely on rental income to keep it as a cozy and comfortable place for families, so during your stay, remember that this is not a hotel, you live in someone’s house and try to keep it clean and tidy (we provide cleaning before arrival).
NOTE:
No heating
Wifi signal is weak.
Pets are allowed only on the ground floor
Guest access
The house is fully rented. Our guests will be able to have full access to the house and the yard. We welcome families in our home. Car parking is available on the street.
OTHER SERVICES for extra charge:
Beach towels - GEL30 per towel per stay.
Bicycle - GEL70 per stay

Upon request, we can organize transfers from airports and train stations. We can also organize sightseeing, adventure and ethnic tours with tea and wine tasting and such. For schedule, contact us in advance, and we will be happy to assist you!

Kaprovani is located between Ureki and Shekvetili. Neighbourhood is very quiet, nice and safe. Beach is covered with magnetic black sand which is good for health.
Small groceries as well as seasonal restaurants are in walking distance. Supermarkets, police, and ATMs are in Ureki (6 km).
Sightseeings/things to do around Kaprovani:
* Tsvermaghala park - 3 km.
* music hall Black Sea Arena and park of musicians - 5 km
* amusement park '"Tsitsinatela" and park of miniatures - 8 km
