Our cosy beach retreat getaway is an incredible all-year round stay for up to six, and just a minute to the Aldinga Beach and close to McLaren Vale wineries.

Enjoy our in-ground pool, large under cover entertainment area or simply chill on the front porch & listen to the waves.

A stay at the KBH will provide great memories at this unique family-friendly place. A secure dog-friendly beach home suitable for up to 2 dogs.

A 10pm noise curfew applies outside; thank you for your consideration.

The space
A relaxed dog-friendly family beach house on large secure block within walking distance of Aldinga Beach and Scrubs Conservation Park.

Features parking in front yard for four cars (+ tinnie) with in ground pool, bbq and fire.

We are a minute from Aldinga drive down ramp.

Vehicles accessing beach prior to October please stay beach right.

Home includes cot, high-chair and fold out two-seater sleeper. Large dog bed, cushion and blankets for your four legged child.

A dog kennel is also under cover in our entertainment area.

Again two large dogs are fine plus one small dog at max.

But please NO CATS :) as some guests have simply brought cats - so this is NOT allowed and our cleaning surcharge WILL apply $250.

Two soft surfboards with covers and kick-boards are for guest use along with two bikes in shed. Lined rod and hand reel for beach fishing also for guest use.

Linen and towels available as OPTIONAL extras $15 per person. Or families are welcome to bring their own linen packs. Please discuss early on your requirements for our housekeeper.

A laundry with dryer and clothesline is on premises with powder for your stay.

Enjoy our pool and entertainment areas but also please respect our no-party venue policy.

Free NBN wifi available. We will send a detailed house guide PDF with local Aldinga and Vales specialties. Local menus are in the house folder to the left as you enter.

Your check in time is from 3pm - with a relaxed check out time being 11am.

Other things to note
Key pad flexible entry. Free NBN wifi is available for guests internet use responsibly at all times.

Pool area is a big part of our KBH holidays but we must stress only canned drinks pool side at all times. Plastic flutes and glassware are supplied at KBH for wine at the pool area.

We ask all guest to be safety conscious around pool as its stricly no glass area - and no dogs due to our new sythetic can-grass non-slip pool side lawn.
