The space
This cozy family cabin has been refreshed throughout and staged for your comforts. Private beach with sandy play area, 2 docks available to bring your own boat or rent one on the lake. Firepit area and deck. 2 kayaks available for your use. Lots of space for yard games. Beautiful private swimming area or perfect spot for your lily pad, floaties or paddle board. The gathering room has a table, couch, two recliners and a space to set up a bar area for snacks or beverages. A cozy indoor kitchen with table for 10, outdoor grill and table space as well.

77ft of clear shoreline w/2 docks, adjacent elevated flat sitting and play area.
Owner has a boat lift near the edge of the property that they may access on occasion only to put boat in and out. The docks are yours to use.

This older cabin has been refreshed throughout, and is fully staged for your comfort. Classic and historic, with modern comforts. Consider us whether you're looking for a weekend getaway with a small group, or an extended family vacation. 2 docks available, you can bring your own boat or rent one on the lake.

It's not just the amenities that make our cabin special. It's the location. Situated on Upper Gull Lake, you'll have access to a beautiful private swimming area, perfect for your lily pad, floaties or paddle board. With 2 kayaks available for your use, you can explore the lake at your leisure.

And that's not all. Our cabin also has a fire pit area and deck, perfect for those summer nights spent roasting marshmallows and telling stories. With plenty of space for yard games, you'll never be bored.

Inside we have a gathering room that has a table, couch, chairs and a bar area. The cozy indoor kitchen has a table for 10. Outdoor grill and table space, as well as bar stools available on the deck that would seat 10 as well.

We have set up the spaces for your group to be together and make lake memories to cherish for years to come. Bring your smores and your swimsuits. :)

No parties or events. No more than 10 registered guests on-site. We want you to have a great time, but it is also important to us that noise is kept down to respect the neighbors. No pets or smoking. Owner may have an exterior camera on the garage only for security of knowing who is in the driveway.
