Kalma is a place to slow down: swim in your private pool, relax in the cabana, and wake up surrounded by greenery.
Perfectly located for day trips to Sumilon Island, Oslob whale sharks, and the ferry to Dumaguete — yet tucked away enough to feel like your own private sanctuary.

The space
Kalma is a spacious private villa designed for effortless tropical living — open, airy, and thoughtfully styled with high-quality finishes and natural textures.
Inside, you’ll find a bright living area, comfortable furnishings, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area—ideal for relaxed breakfasts and casual evenings.
Outside, your private pool and covered cabana are surrounded by greenery, creating a peaceful setting for morning coffee or sunset swims.

Kalma is a private villa located on a large garden estate. To keep everything pristine, our caretaker Justin visits briefly each day for pool and garden maintenance.
🕖 Typical schedule:
8:00 AM – Pool cleaning, pump check, garden watering
4:00 PM – Pool check, garden watering, pool lights
These visits are short and can be adjusted to your preferred times — just let us know.
✨ Guests staying 7 nights or longer receive complimentary weekly cleaning.
For security, exterior cameras are installed at the entrance and perimeter of the property. There are no cameras inside the villa and no cameras monitoring the pool area.

Kalma is situated in a quiet, less populated area of Santander, surrounded by tropical greenery.

Check-in is smooth and flexible — simply confirm your arrival time in advance, and we’ll be ready to greet you. For your convenience, we also offer self check-in after hours.
Kalma officially opened in October 2025 and is currently in its soft-opening phase. Be among the first guests to experience this new tropical retreat and benefit from our introductory rates.
