Room in a bed and breakfast

Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
Some info has been automatically translated.
Sleep well in the former mankel room, in the shelters of traditional clay plasters and old logs. The old idyllic yard offers a peaceful atmosphere.
Previously, this room has mangled village cloths and sheets. Now fully renovated with traditional methods, the room offers an atmospheric and peaceful night's sleep for visitors.
In addition to breakfast, the price includes relaxing steam in an idyllic, wood-burning yard sauna.

The space
The room has a double bed, which can also be separated into two separate beds with prior notice.
There are several bottles of drinking water in the fridge, and you can get more if you need it.
The room rate includes a breakfast basket, which is great enough for two. Breakfast is always made up of seasonal local produce, and it also always has the “best bread in the world” baked on the sour root of the hostess. Breakfast can be enjoyed either in the room or outside on the terrace if you wish.
An ecological composting toilet can be found behind an adjacent door (outdoor access). In the toilet, handwashing is treated with unheated summer water. While the water is basically pure tap water and therefore drinkable, we recommend bottled water for drinking, which can be found in the refrigerator in the room.

The stay includes relaxing steam in an idyllic, wood-burning yard sauna, bathe like you used to be in an old grandma's house! In the sauna, hot water for bathing in the pot is available throughout the stay. So bathing is done with vat water and a camping shower. The time of the sauna turn is flexible on site. Kaffela is not located right next to the sauna, but the most peaceful sauna times are after 8:00 pm (Fri, Sat, 8pm) when the cafe has closed. Possibility to connect the services of a trained masseuse to a relaxing sauna shift, ask for more!

Guest access
The accommodation room and toilet are located inside the yard, which is inaccessible to cafe customers. Next to the room is the guests' own covered terrace with electric grill and hot plate for guest use only. However, guests are also free to use the cafe's interior (within their opening hours), as well as the terrace as they need. Similarly, the expansive grass area in the front yard is available for summer games, etc.

Other things to note
There's a smoking spot outside for smokers. Even though it's not right in the immediate vicinity of the room, we hope that visitors will use it, because the old yard, with its old log buildings, is an invaluable tradition.
