The space
In the middle of Fjärdhundraland, a picturesque countryside, flecked with cafes, handicraft and events during summer, only an hour away from Stockholm, you'll find Källinge Gård.

Upon arriving at this beautifully restored two-story drängstuga, you are welcomed by its classic red exterior and historic charm. The building has been carefully renovated with a focus on traditional craftsmanship, known in Swedish as "byggnadsvård." As you step inside, you’ll immediately notice the authentic atmosphere, from the rich scent of linseed oil paint on the walls and ceilings to the earthy feel of the clay floors in the hallway, kitchen, and bathroom.

The entrance leads into a cozy living room on your left with green walls and a plush pink sofa, perfect for cozying up with a good book or watching TV. Adjacent to this room is the first bedroom, featuring blue floral wallpaper and a comfortable 160 cm double bed.

Continuing straight from the entrance, you’ll find a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, blending traditional aesthetics with contemporary convenience. Beyond the bathroom, a bright kitchen awaits, equipped with all the essentials and centered around a large dining table for shared meals. To the right of the entrance, a staircase leads you to the second floor, opening into a spacious second living room with two cozy sofas, ideal for relaxing evenings.

You have exclusive access to the whole house, as well as the garden in front and back of the house. We also allow your children to play in the swings and the play area next to our house. Please note that all other buildings and areas on the property are private. But we love to talk about the work and renovations we've done, so if you're interested, we'll be happy to show you around.
