The apartment is relatively small, around 35 square meter on the 1st floor.
Just 1 (one) floor above the ground floor.

BEDROOMS
There are 2 (two) bedrooms. In the master bedroom there are 1 (one) Queen Size spring bed, working table, and wardrobe. In the second bedroom there are 1 (one) Single size spring bed and one sliding bed, wardrobe, and working table.

The master bedroom is equipped with Samsung Air Conditioner. The second bedroom is equipped with exhaust fan.

LIVING ROOM
You'll find flat 32 Inch LED Smart TV, Comfortable Sofa Bed and Dining Table in the Living Room. The Living Room is equipped with Air Conditioner and fridge.

You can arrange the dining table for meeting purpose, and using the LED Smart TV for your team presentation.
Don't forget to bring your own HDMI/USB/Cables.

KITCHEN
You can cook in the kitchen.
Barbecue Grill is available, it can be used on gas stove.
You have to top-up LPG (cooking gas) and drinking water gallon supply.

BATHROOM
The bathroom with shower in the apartment.

CARPARK
You'll be charged IDR 4,000 per hour per car by the building management.
Monthly parking pass and charges will be managed by guest at the building management office.

PLAYGROUND
Children playground available on the ground floor.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is starting from 02:00 PM to 07:00 PM.
Please state your exact check-in time, and please be ON TIME, as I do not cater rubber time.
Check-out max at 12:00.
Late check-out is prohibited, unless the next guest want to share the apartment with you :)
