I live with my husband in a very nice house in the green and quiet „Seckenheim“ a district of Mannheim. We have renovated the upper floor of our house with a lot of heart and soul and are happy to welcome great guests there. Of course we are happy to support you, so that you will have a nice stay in the „Rhein-Neckar“ region and with us.

The accommodation is called "KAISER7" a name combination of the street name and the house number. Our motto is "Stay with friends".

The space
There are two lovingly designed guest rooms available in this floor apartment with a separate entrance. These are for 2 people each and consist of a living/bedroom and a private bathroom each. There is a great terrace and balcony that invites you to linger. The hallway, terrace and balcony are shared by both guest rooms. There is also a lovely kitchen on the floor, which you can ask me for optionally.

We have named the guest rooms after Mannheim districts:

Guestroom "Oststadt" for 2 persons - very nice residential area in Mannheim with old art nouveau buildings.

Guest room "Jungbusch" for 2 persons - the Mannheim district of creativity, life and cultures. This guest room furnished according to the flair of the district and bookable separately.

Kitchen "Freßgasse" - This is the street in Mannheim, where you can find the most restaurants and stores around food. Optionally you can book the very nice and well equipped kitchen. If you are interested, please contact me.

Guest access
Check-in is done by greeting the hosts and handing over the keys. If, depending on the situation, this is not possible, then access to the guest area is also possible via a numerical code on your own access door. We live in the same house and are therefore easily accessible for our guests.

Other things to note
You are welcome to store your brought bicycles with us in the garage. The surrounding area offers great opportunities for excursions.
