I live with my husband in a very nice house in the green and quiet „Seckenheim“ a district of Mannheim. We have renovated the upper floor of our house with a lot of heart and soul and are happy to welcome great guests there. Of course we are happy to support you, so that you will have a nice stay in the „Rhein-Neckar“ region and with us.

The accommodation is called "KAISER7" a name combination of the street name and the house number. Our motto is "Stay with friends".

The space
There are two lovingly designed guest rooms, two chic bathrooms, a bright breakfast kitchen, a Mediterranean terrace and a balcony available for you in this floor apartment. It has a separate entrance and is exclusively available.

We have named the guest rooms after Mannheim districts:

Guestroom "Oststadt" - very nice residential area in Mannheim with old art nouveau buildings.

Guestroom "Jungbusch" - the Mannheim district of creativity, life and cultures

Breakfast kitchen "Freßgasse" - the street in Mannheim that offers delicious delicacies

Guest access
Check-in is done by greeting the hosts and handing over the keys. If this is not possible depending on the situation, then access to the guest area is also possible via a numerical code on your own access door. We live in the same house and are therefore easily accessible for our guests.

You are welcome to store your bikes in our garage. The surrounding area offers great opportunities for excursions.

In our breakfast kitchen we offer an optional selection of wines, water, apple juice and Nespresso capsules at cost price. The use of the washing machine and dryer is available for a small fee.
