Book your Sandpoint getaway in the old Owners Quarters of the Historic K2 Inn (original finish shop of K2 Ski’s). Completely restored and updated throughout the interior, new high quality furniture, bedding and linens. Good sized kitchen with bartop that goes straight into dining/living room. 4-bedrooms (7-beds) (sleeps up to 14 people).

This is also a vacation residence for the new owners (my family and I) throughout the summer and winter.

The space
This is a unique stay in the newly remodeled managers quarters of the K2 Inn, two sides face the inn while the others face outwards at Downtown Sandpoint. 4x bedrooms (7beds, accommodates up to 14 people), office area, large dining/living room, good sized kitchen, and attached via interior door to a private motel room with private bath.
Enjoy the new large front covered deck with seating and natural gas fire-pit.

2-minute walk to downtown shops/restaurants and bars, <10-minute walk to City Beach and Lake Pend Oreille, ~20-minute drive to Schweitzer.
12-min walk to Memorial Park (Concerts and shows).

Large Samsung 4K HDR smart TV’s in every bedroom, 86” 4K Smart TV in living room. Gigabit Speed Fiber Internet with seamless mesh network.
AC and heat.
All new beds, furnishing and décor throughout, original newly refinished hardwood floors. Beautiful locally themed and sourced artwork and old K2 ski's throughout.


Kitchen features gas range and oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, air fryer, cooking oils and spices, pots pans and everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals. Outside has 36” Blackstone Grill (Cast Iron Flattop) and propane BBQ/Smoker, outdoor seating on covered patio, plenty of free parking.

-Bedroom #1: 2x Full Beds, 55” 4K TV (the old front office of the motel)
-Bedroom #2: King Bed, 75” 4K TV (original bedroom of the house. Optional twin bed if needed).
-Bedroom #3: Queen Bed & Full Bed, 55” 4K TV (Upstairs in old storage room).
-Bedroom #4: King Bed, 65” 4K TV. (It’s own motel room attached to interior hallway of house via locking door. Mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig, office desk, as well as private bathroom and it’s own exterior door.
-Living room features 14’x12’ sectional couch that is very comfy to sleep on also.

Other things to note
This is a unique stay in a large house surrounded by mostly occupied motel rooms. It is soundproof well but in a high foot traffic area. Just note privacy is limited outside due to this and the interior of the house is pretty visible when blinds are open.

I grew up in a suburb of Seattle until 2014 when I moved across the state to Spokane, WA to pursue a career in Real Estate & Finance and to be close to my brothers and my nieces and nephews. I spend as much time as possible outdoors; Hiking, Climbing, Swimming, Boating, Watersports, Camping, Backpacking or Traveling is most likely what I am doing when I’m not working. I love being an Airbnb Host, and do my best to insure I earn an honest 5-star review from each guest. I began hosting when I was 19/yo and I couldn’t handle my roommates anymore but I couldn’t afford my mortgage without additional income, so I kicked them out and began renting out my 3-spare bedrooms via Airbnb. Now 9-years and 5 houses later I’ve transformed a long abandoned historic house that was the eyesore of the neighborhood into a high quality Airbnb that brings the neighborhood up. I love all my neighbors and they fully support what I’m doing. I also manage a couple Condos in Downtown Spokane in partnership with local builders, a Secluded Lakehouse for my buddy and his family in Sagle Idaho, and a Historic Inn in the Heart of Downtown Sandpoint in partnership with two of my brothers. Airbnb is a passion of mine and I strive to have my listing stand above all the others, I do my best to earn a 5-star review from every guest I host, but more importantly when a guest returns year after year I know I’m providing excellent service.
