The property is only a 5-minute walk from Fuki Station.
"It is a two-family house, with one half of the building being a unique house that can be rented exclusively. The other half has a staff office（10am~15pm)and long-term guests on the first floor and private rooms on the second floor. Each half has its own entrance, so you can use it as a completely private space.

Examples of accommodations based on number of guests:
• 15 or more guests: Unique House + private room
• 20 or more guests: Unique House + Green House
• 25-30 guests: Unique House + private room + Green House
*The Green House is located a 10-second walk from the Unique House.
*For 25 or more guests, accommodations are limited to sports tournament participants, business use, and multiple families. Please refrain from using the accommodations for drinking parties or other parties.

Guest access
"There is a locked door in the center of the first floor. This is a passage to another property (our office), so please refrain from unlocking or opening the door. (There is a no entry sign.)"
Other things to note
●As we are located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, we kindly ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum. Outdoor BBQs and garden use are allowed until 9:00 PM. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining the tranquility of our community.
●The projector on the second floor can be connected to a PC, etc., but HDMI cables are not provided, so please bring your own if you wish to use it.
As the image is projected onto a white wall, we recommend using it after dark.
●Please check the list of amenities and facilities provided. Please bring your own toothbrush.
●Basic cooking utensils and tableware are provided, but special tools are used in the shared kitchen for private room guests and may be able to be borrowed, so please ask in advance. *Condiments, including salt and pepper, are not provided, so please prepare your own.
●Due to a malfunction of the outdoor washing machine, please use the one in the shared bathroom (enter the entrance and turn right at the back of the restroom) if you wish to use a washing machine.
*Laundry detergent is not provided.
●Changes to the number of people: This is possible up until the day before. Once the change is confirmed, please go to "Change Reservation" and carry out the procedure.For large groups of 10 or more, please confirm at least 2 days in advance.
