The apartment is in one of the most important avenues of Lima, access to the districts of Miraflores, San Isidro and San Borja, and the metropolitano bus stations which has exclusive lane to the main turistic areas in Lima, in addition, the area is has clinics, Office of Andean community and The National Police of Peru.

It is located in the middle of two large parks and green areas, supermarkets, fuel tap, stores, Peruvian food restaurant, Chinese food and fast food (bembos) and private clinics, even a Metro supermarket for shopping, 24 hours security inside the building and public security by the Peruvian police makes this área the most security area in Lima.
