The space
Step inside Justa Farms, where the warmth of wood surrounds you in rustic elegance. Each of the two bedrooms features a king-sized bed, inviting you to rest as you gaze out at the mountains and glowing sunsets through large picture windows. A spacious shared bathroom, perfect for a refreshing shower or your morning routine, offers both convenience and comfort. The heart of the home is the expansive wooden hall, thoughtfully divided into cozy nooks for relaxation, meditation, or playful fun. The lobby opens to a front balcony, where you can sip tea while soaking in the panoramic mountain views. Every detail, from the natural wood paneling to the thoughtful spaces, creates an atmosphere of mountain charm that feels both intimate and expansive
NOTE - Our farm is located on top of a mountain, and reaching it involves taking an off-road stretch of about a Km that is quite narrow. We leave it to professionals to pick up and drop off our guests at the parking area with no extra charges
Guest access
Guests will enter through the main front door of the property, which provides access to the common lobby area. From there, guests will climb a set of stairs leading directly to the first floor. The upper floor is dedicated to guest accommodations, ensuring privacy and easy access to their rooms, the balcony, and the shared hall spaces.
Your Host resides in the ground floor easily reachable in case of any assistance needed.
Other things to note
We offer local sightseeing, along with visits to hidden and unexplored areas, for our guests. We also arrange a day camping outing with self-cooking in the middle of nature.
The local area options include Giriganga Temple, Deorighat medows, and Hatkoti temple. The day camping session includes self cooking **INR 6500 *** Includes fuel charges
( expedition to Chanshal Pass, at an elevation of 12500 FT, is **Optional** and extra charges apply ) **INR 7000 - 8000
Bonfire charges are INR 900 for 1.5 hrs ( additional wood bundle INR 400 )

Lunch - 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
Dinner / Snacks - 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

The house is surrounded by apple orchards and mountains. It sits right on the top of a mountain. The view from every corner of the house is beautiful. You can see mountains, clear blue skies, forest and apple orchards from everywhere. All you hear is different birds chirping. It is a place far away from the city hustle bustle. so it is perfect for those seeking the quiet and calm of the mountains.
