Junyeon's house is located in a simple natural village in Sinbuk-eup, Chuncheon-si, where nature is friendly and free.
This place, where a cozy feeling is alive, is a healing place where nature and people coexist, and it is a house built with the heart of a mom and dad who want their child to be happy and grow up healthy in body and mind.
When you miss traveling, it will be a small resting place where you want to stay for a long time as if you were at a friend's house.

* This property is available for one team per day, so please keep the time for room arrangement.
* Available for 4 to 6 people. If the number of people exceeds the standard, an additional charge of 20,000 KRW per person per night will be incurred, and bedding for 1 person will be provided. (Including preschool children)
* Manner time is from 9pm. (Please reduce your outdoor activities and take some time to quietly care for each other.)

The space
※ How to operate the front door
-Normal times: If you close it like a normal door, it locks automatically, and if you turn the handle down, it opens.
- When pressed: When the door is closed and the handle is raised up and down, special multiple locks are activated to press the door frame and door, preventing sound or wind from leaking.
※ How to open and close the window and tilt
* It is a European-style system window with open and tilt (ventilation) function. For large windows such as living rooms and kitchens, pull the handle inward (be careful with your fingers) and push it sideways (sliding open), and the handle must be operated with the door closed.
Be careful of malfunctions when operating the handle while the door is open or tilted. (mosquito net up and down operation)
※ Heating facility
-It is in the out-of-mode, so after entering, press the heating to adjust the temperature.
-It is used individually with 2 boilers on the 1st and 2nd floors, and 2 thermostats are installed in the living room on the 1st floor. The indoor temperature in winter is 22-23 degrees (hot water is always available when going out)
-If the boiler temperature is difficult to set, the host can control it remotely, so please contact us if it is too hot or cold.

-We rent a barbecue grill (charcoal, gloves, torch, and disposable grill net provided).
-A usage fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged, and it will be self-service, including charcoal fire ignition.
-Please be careful of safety accidents.

* There is a large trampoline in one corner of the outdoor yard. For children, please use under the protection of a guardian. (Maximum load of 200 kg, adult users only)

* No smoking indoors or outdoors.(Including e-cigarettes) If you are a smoker, please use the large roadside opposite the parking lot entrance, and please clean up the cigarette butts.
* Please use the outdoors as much as possible for cooking (meat, seafood) that splashes oil on the floor or smells, and ventilate after cooking indoors.
* Fireworks, firecrackers, and personal firearms are prohibited to prevent burns, fire hazards, and noise that may harm neighbors.
* CCTV is installed outside for your safety and crime prevention.(Parking lot, front door entrance, back of the accommodation, roadside access road)
* Due to seasonal factors and natural area characteristics, there are quite a few bugs and insects. Please close the front door and use the insect screen as it can enter indoors when entering. Refunds due to this are not permitted during your stay, so if you are sensitive to insects, please take note.
* You are liable for any damage or loss of facilities and equipment. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare for the next customer in case of contamination or damage to the product.
(No food or drink on the blanket)
* Minors unaccompanied by guardians, visitors exceeding the maximum number of people, and pets are not allowed, and in case of violation of the rules, the entire room may be taken out without a refund.
* We are not responsible for any accidents caused by personal negligence during the use of the accommodation.
* Please wash the cooking utensils and tableware you used at the time of departure and arrange them on the tableware drying rack.
* Please do not put used extra bedding in the blanket box.
* Please separate general and recycled waste and dispose of it in front of the trash can on the left side of the house, and collect food waste in a garbage bag and put it in the food waste bin.
* When going out or checking out, turn off all lights except indoors, turn off all electrical products (unplug the rice cooker cord), and set the boiler to outdoor mode. Please lock the door and text me after you leave.
* The peak season is 7/21-8/10, the Chuseok holiday.
* Weekend rates apply on Friday, Saturday, and the day before public holidays.
* In case of consecutive nights, bedding replacement and intermediate cleaning are not performed, and towels are prepared in advance according to the date of use.
