Blending modern styles with everyday comfort, you’ll enjoy premium sheets, a fully stocked coffee bar, fast WiFi, 3 Smart TVs and cozy spaces. We are a local family who wants to make Juniper & your stay the best of the best. A place you’ll keep coming back to every visit to Northwest Arkansas.
The space
Welcome to Juniper House, our lovingly restored 1970s home in the heart of downtown Bentonville.
COMFORT MEETS BEST LOCATION!
We designed JH for maximum coziness whether you’re here as a family with little ones, a couples getaway, mountain biking, business travel or even a staycation. Juniper combines timeless style with modern comforts. Every room was intentionally created to feel warm, welcoming and relaxing - from cozy morning coffee to luxurious bedding and layered evening lighting.
The home features:
• 3 bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen & an air mattress available)
• 2 full bathrooms (complete with upgraded shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup removers & more)
• Fully equipped kitchen (like actually!)
• Stocked coffee bar with guided instructions and local coffee (Nespresso, Drip, French Press, Pour Over, syrups & sugar)
• Fast WiFi
• 3 Smart TVs
• Dedicated Workspace at our large dining table
• Washer & Dryer (laundry detergent, scent boosters & dryer sheets included)
• Spacious fenced backyard (we LOVE pets!)
• Free driveway & garage parking
We are located in a quiet neighborhood full of local familes. We are less than a mile from the best of Bentonville’s restaurants, bars, museums, shopping, biking and walking trails and entertainment. The new Walmart Home Office is less than a 5 minute drive away.
Perfect for riders:
Juniper makes it easy to bike to the Square, connect to the Razorback Greenway, and reach all of Bentonville's best trails like Slaughter Pen and Coler Mountain Bike Preserve.
Guest access
You have access to the entire home and fully fenced backyard during your stay. Self check-in with our smart lock makes your stay incredibly easy. Free parking in the driveway & garage.
Other things to note
• Please be mindful of the neighbors and respect standard quiet hours (10p-7a).
• No smoking or vaping on the property - inside or outside.
• No parties or events. We are open to organized events such as baby showers, birthday parties, etc. if aligned to prior to booking. This includes also available discounted rates for day use only.
• We are a young family ourselves with an almost 1 year old and really wanted to prioritize taking travel stress off families. We have a pack & play and high chair available. We would be so happy to help coordinate other items you may need to rent as well. We have a discount with BabyQuip that we’d love to provide you with. Please talk to us!
• We have a 6 minute walk to OZ E-Bikes where you can rent from the largest e-bike rental shop in Downtown. They have city electric bikes, full suspension electric mountain bikes and so much more for your entire party.

Hi I’m Laikyn! My husband and I have a daughter named Emerie and two fur babies, Duke and Daisy. We love to travel with some of our favorite destinations being Lake Como, Italy, all of Switzerland & Glacier National Park in Montana.
I’ve always loved home design, seasonal decor & making spaces cozy. I’m so excited for this passion project of creating incredible short term stays for guests.
