Our rustic jungle huts lie deep in the Peruvian Amazon – surrounded by dense forest, exotic birds, and the gentle sound of the river. There’s no luxury here – only freedom, fire, stars, and real experiences.
Relax on the river bank on our permaculture Plantation , eat homegrown food see how the indigenous people Ashaninka lives, enjoy this primitive hut experience get an insight in permaculture. swim in the Amazonian river, by appointment only.

The space
Try this very primitive rainforest experience, we are located on the riverbank only assessable by boat. The property consist of one main building where we serve food in a shares kitchen and living room. we have two compost toilets and indoor as well as outdoor showers.

We offer internet connection at the main building, the property is powered only on solar power so expect limited asses to power. bring a flashlight !

The accommodation consists of 4 small 2 person huts next to the main building, if a larger group is needed we can accommodate part of the group in rooms at the main building.
By appointment you can swim in the clear spring water of our property, UPS only asses is by boat.
this property has been built together with the local Asháninka people using natural materials, a living reforestation project. Every stay directly supports the restoration of the Amazon and protection of its biodiversity.

You can freely walk around the property, and use all amenities, its NOT handicap friendly, you will have to walk from the muddy boat docking area up an at times slippery hill, ONLY asses to the property is by boat and by appointment only.

Where you’ll be

Tournavista, Huanuco, Peru

The Planet-a-mor plantation is very isolated on a big lot of land 220 hectares, our closest neighbors is the Ashaninka tripe, aproxx. 10 min boat ride. you can visit the Ashaninka village of El Naranjal with us after appointment. the closet larger village is the entry point Tournavista, from where your will be picked up at the small harbor by our employees, this small unique village offers local bars and restaurants. hardly NO people here speak any or very little English, so please be prepared to communicate in Spanish. we can take you to the villages by appointment.
