ACCOMMODATION AND OCCUPANCY
✅ The rental fee includes bedding and towels for the 6 main guests, as well as the access wristband ($50,000 per person).
✅ Additional Capacity: Accommodation for 1 or 2 additional people is possible on the sofa bed in the living room.
✅ More than 6 guests: Starting with the 7th person, both the accommodation (bed linens) and the towels are the sole responsibility of the guests, since the apartment and the kitchenware are suitable for 6 (chairs, glasses, plates, etc.). There is a cost of $75,000 per person per night + $50,000 for the access wristband per person.

✅ Sauna/Turkish bath: The use of water areas such as the sauna or Turkish bath is subject to availability and compliance with the administration's reservation protocols. The host must be asked to book these spaces in advance.
⛈️ Unforeseen Events (Force Majeure)
✅ Service Outages: We are exposed to unforeseen events of force majeure (water outages due to pipe damage, power outages due to problems in the public grid, internet failures, etc.) that are beyond the host's control.
✅ Disclaimer: The Host is NOT responsible for and does not offer compensation or refunds for outages of public or private services caused by external damage, maintenance of the public network, or decisions of the administration.

Family Environment: The apartment is located in a residential complex designed for family enjoyment and relaxation. As in any condominium, the atmosphere is active and vibrant.
🎉 Events and Common Areas: The complex has a social lounge and recreational areas that can be used by other residents for private events or community activities, especially on weekends or during holiday seasons.
🔊 External Noise: As this is an urban area, the accommodation may be exposed to noise from common areas, public roads or neighborhood events that are beyond the host's control.
🚫 Noise Exemption: The host has no control over the behavior of third parties outside the apartment, nor over the use of the street or the lobby. These external situations do NOT constitute grounds for refunds or compensation.

🛑 WARNING AND REJECTION OF SEXUAL EXPLOITATION
⚖️ LAW 679 OF 2001 (Prevention of Commercial Sexual Exploitation)
✅ Explicit Rejection: The host avails himself of Law 679 of 2001, which warns that exploitation, pornography, sex tourism and other forms of sexual abuse of minors are criminal offenses in Colombia.

✅ Consequences: If it is detected, suspected or proven that the guest or their companions are involved in these activities or in the trafficking of minors or persons, the unilateral termination of the accommodation contract will be immediately carried out (immediate cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund) and the competent authorities will be notified.
