Jopertizone Resort Guidelines

1. As much as we want to enhance everyone's enjoyment, please keep the volume down, and turn off the Karaoke after 10:00 pm, to respect our neighbors' need for a quiet night. Our barangay values tranquility, and we appreciate your cooperation.

2. Chlorine and other cleaning disinfectants will be put in the swimming pool at exactly 9:00PM to keep it clean and ready for you the next day. Please swim at your own risk at this time onwards as it might be highly concentrated.

3. Watch your step! The pool area can get slippery when wet, so take it easy. Let's keep it safe by avoiding running or horseplay. Our caretaker is here to ensure everyone's well-being, so listen up if they offer a friendly reminder about safety.

5.. Remember, keep it clean on the Beach! no littering, especially plastics. Be a responsible beach enthusiast and to avoid penalties from the barangay council or Homeowners Association.

6. Our caretaker represents as the resort owner in implementing the rules. Let's team up to follow the rules and keep the vibe friendly!

7. For a smooth stay, let's keep the good vibes flowing by sticking to our house and pool rules. If, for some reason, we miss a beat, it might lead to a friendly chat at Binubusan barangay hall – just a quick hearing to sort things out. Our friendly barangay-tanod or police might join the conversation if needed, ensuring we maintain a positive atmosphere for everyone.
