You can forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place.

The Skantz Cultural Center offers wonderful events, especially in the summer, just on the other side of the river.

However, there is a pleasant jogging path next door. Also ask us about canoeing trips or bikes for rent.

You can get a cozy camp feeling by spending the night in a bed on the sleeping loft or on a bunk bed on the floor that brings back childhood memories. There is a sofa bed downstairs. We have mattresses, but you need your own bed linens.

Other things to note
The renter must be at least 22 years of age.

In addition to bedding, bring your own towels. This property only has mattresses, pillows and blankets for 12 people.
Dishes and cutlery for at least 20 people.

The rental of Jokipirtti includes electricity, water, pillows, blankets, furniture, cooking and dining utensils, cutlery, and firewood for heating the sauna and fireplace. The rental price does not include linens.

The customer is responsible for cleaning Jokipirtti during and at the end of the rental period, unless the customer has ordered final cleaning at the time of booking. Cleaning includes the following tasks: taking out trash, bottles, and personal food items or taking them to the waste collection point; vacuuming floors and carpets; mopping floors; washing and putting away dishes; wiping tables and countertops; cleaning the sauna and toilet; putting things and furniture back in place; airing bedding; stacking mattresses; filling the wooden box; and tidying the yard and barbecue area. More detailed cleaning instructions can be found at Jokipirtti. If, upon arrival at Jokipirtti, you notice that the premises are not in the condition described in the previous paragraph, please notify the landlord immediately.

You can order final cleaning separately (€100). Please note that the final cleaning only covers normal basic cleaning. The ordered final cleaning does not include washing dishes and taking out trash, taking out empty bottles and cans, putting furniture in place, or taking out food; these tasks are always the responsibility of the renter.

If, at the end of the booking, cleaning has not been performed or has been performed inadequately and the landlord has to take care of it before the next customer arrives, the landlord has the right to charge a cleaning fee of at least €150. In addition, there is an additional charge of €55/h for cleaning that lasts more than 3 hours. We are not responsible for any items left at Jokipirtti.

An additional door opening fee of €30 must be paid to the person opening the door. The actual costs incurred for the replacement of a lost key associated with the locking system will always be charged.

The lease is between the lessor and the lessee. Jokipirtti may not be handed over to a third party under penalty of termination of the lease. The lease ends immediately if the premises are handed over to a third party, and the resulting additional costs (cleaning, etc.) will be borne by the tenant.

The use of separately rented hot tubs is permitted, but it must always be agreed separately with the landlord. We charge €30 for the hot tub filling water (cold water) and firewood, which is paid at the time of booking. Bringing pets to Jokipirtti is not recommended. Smoking is allowed only outdoors, not indoors. Open fires are only permitted in the designated barbecue shelter. Unauthorized indoor smoking will incur a €100 ventilation fee. The lessor is not responsible for allergies or similar problems caused to the customer by unauthorized smoking or animal dander.

The renter is liable for any damage caused to Jokipirtti. The renter is obliged to compensate the lessor/property owner for any damage caused to Jokipirtti or its movable property.

All comments and expressions of gratitude related to the vacation rental must be addressed to the lessor without delay as soon as the subject arises and during the booking period.

For nature trips, it's a good idea to grab some delicious bread from the local Alvar bakery from the stores or from the Alvar self-service store as a picnic lunch. Stop by the old-fashioned village store in Käntynmäki and grab a Minetti ice cream for your trip. The destinations on the Arts Route, the Moon Karvia store and Pirni Muoti, are worth a visit.
