You can forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place.
The Skantz Cultural Center offers wonderful events, especially in the summer, just on the other side of the river.
However, there is a pleasant jogging path next door. Also ask us about canoeing trips or bikes for rent.
You can get a cozy camp feeling by spending the night in a bed on the sleeping loft or on a bunk bed on the floor that brings back childhood memories. There is a sofa bed downstairs. We have mattresses, but you need your own bed linens.
Other things to note
The renter must be at least 22 years of age.
In addition to bedding, book your own towels. This place only has mattresses, pillows, and blankets for 12 people.
Dishes and cutlery for at least 20 people.
Jokipirtti's rental includes electricity, water, pillows, blankets, furniture, cooking and dining utensils, cutlery, and firewood for heating the sauna and fireplace. The rental price does not include linens.
The customer is responsible for cleaning Jokipirtti during and at the end of the rental, unless the customer has ordered a final cleaning when making the booking. Cleaning includes the following tasks: removing trash, bottles, and personal food items or taking them to the waste collection point; vacuuming floors and carpets; mopping floors; washing and putting away dishes; wiping tables and countertops; cleaning the sauna and toilet; putting things and furniture back in place; airing bedding; stacking mattresses; filling the wooden box; and tidying the yard and barbecue area. More detailed cleaning instructions can be found at Jokipirtti. If, upon arriving at Jokipirtti, you notice that the premises are not in the condition described in the previous paragraph, please notify the landlord immediately.
You can order final cleaning separately (€100). Please note that the final cleaning only covers a normal basic cleaning. The final cleaning ordered does not include washing dishes and taking out the trash, removing empty bottles and cans, putting furniture back in place, or taking out food; these tasks are always the responsibility of the renter.
If, at the end of the booking, cleaning has not been performed or has been performed inadequately and the landlord has to take care of it before the next customer arrives, the landlord has the right to charge a cleaning fee of at least €150. In addition, there is an additional charge of €55/hour for cleaning that lasts more than 3 hours. We are not responsible for any items left at Jokipirtti.
For additional door opening, a fee of €30 must be paid to the person opening the door. If you lose the key for the locking system, you will always be charged the actual cost of replacing it.
The lease is between the lessor and the lessee. Jokipirtti may not be transferred to a third party, or the lease will be terminated. The lease ends immediately if the premises are handed over to a third party, and the resulting additional costs (cleaning, etc.) are to be paid by the tenant.
The use of hot tubs is permitted, but it must always be agreed upon separately with the landlord. We charge €30 for the water to fill the hot tub (cold water) and for the firewood, which is paid at the time of booking. Bringing pets to Jokipirtti is not recommended. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only, not indoors. Using a campfire is only allowed in the designated barbecue shelter. Unauthorized indoor smoking will incur a €100 ventilation fee. The landlord is not responsible for allergies or similar problems caused to the customer by unauthorized smoking or animal dander.
The Lessee is liable for any damage caused to Jokipirtti. The lessee is obliged to compensate the lessor/property owner for any damage caused to Jokipirtti or its furnishings.
All comments and thanks related to the vacation property must be addressed to the landlord without delay as soon as the issue arises and during the booking.
