The apartment is located in a complex with Swimming pool, double parking and it is fenced off and secured with an access code. Supermarket, bakery, cafes and restaurants can be found in the area. All bed linen and bath towels are provided.

The apartment is located in the Residence Villa Les Pins complex, with fantastic views over Parc Exflora and the Mediterranean Sea. The caretaker lives in the building. Park Exflora is a botanical garden with plants from all over the Mediterranean area. There is the possibility of tennis, golf and many other activities in the local area.

The area is very child-friendly, you can walk to the sandy beaches of Juan les Pins without crossing the road in 5 minutes. The sandy beach in Juan les Pins is one of the best along the French Riviera.

Supermarket, bakery and cafes and several restaurants can be found within a radius of 100 meters from the apartment.

The airport bus stops 20 meters from the entrance. Taxi from the airport costs about 75 euros.
