Jicka Farm House is a vacation farm home located at Kaong-Bulihan Silang, Cavite. Guests are able to exclusively enjoy the following amenities during their stay:

Jicka Farm House is situated within a peaceful neighborhood with lush green surroundings. The location offers an exclusive and relaxing atmosphere while still being near major roads, tourist destinations and establishments.

Other things to note
1. Capacity
• The property can house a maximum number of 15 guests
2. Check-in and check-out
• Checkin time is at 2:00pm. We do not allow early check-ins as we still have to clean the entire farm house after the previous group of guests leaves.
• Checkout time is strictly at 12:00pm. An additional fee of P750/hour will be charged for late checkouts.
• Room and facilities will be inspected upon checkout. Any damage to the property will be charged to the gues
3. Swimming
• Guests must wear proper swimming attire when in the pool or the jacuzzi. Absorbent clothing materials like cotton and denim break down in water, which may cause pool contamination and clogging.
• Children must be supervised by adults when swimming in the pool.
• Lifeguards are not available within the premises.
• Eating and drinking is not allowed at the poolside.
4. Jacuzzi and Pool Fountain
• Guests may use the jacuzzi blower for 1 hour only. Guests shall inform attending staff on the preferred schedule of use.
• Pool fountain will be turned off by 6:00pm and will be turned on the following day.
5. Room Essentials and Toiletries
• Only pillows, bedsheets and blankets are provided in every room. Guests must bring their own towels and personal toiletries (soap, shampoo, tissue etc.)
6. Videoke Use
Videoke use is until 9:30pm only, in accordance to the Noise Ordinance.
7. Kitchen Amenities
• Stove, refrigerator, barbeque grill, and hot and cold water dispenser are available for guests.
• Guests are to bring their own disposable plates, utensils, condiments, pans and cooking utensils.
• 4 packs of charcoal/uling and 5 gallons of water provided for free.
• Additional fees are charged for the following:
o P250 for LPG use
o P100 for extra 5-gallons of water
o P25 for an extra pack of charcoal/uling
8. Pet Policy
• Jicka Farm House is pet-friendly! Pets may be brought to the property as long as the following rules are observed:
o Pets must wear a diaper while inside the property.
o Pet owners must clean up after their pets.
o Pets are not allowed on the bed.
o Pets are not allowed to swim in the pool.
o Pet owners must take full responsibility and shall shoulder any damage or injury caused by their pets.
9. Cleaning and Disposal
• Guests must properly dispose of their garbage in the trash bins provided.
10. Other Polices
• Cigarette smoking is prohibited in all areas of the property. Only vaping is allowed.
• Only registered guests are allowed inside the property.
