A design residence in a 1907 house where stone, beams and contemporary interior design meet in a space with high ceilings. A quiet and atmospheric place for music, relaxation and evenings by the fireplace, barbecue and in the infrared sauna - 30 min by car from Prague, direct bus about 40 min from the metro (several times a day). The space
This residence is not an ordinary cottage. It is a carefully renovated house from 1907, where history naturally meets the author's design.
❇️ It is located in Jevany – a forest village often referred to as "Czech Beverly Hills", where the tranquility of nature is combined with the atmosphere of First Republic villas.
The two-level space with a gallery and open ceiling creates a distinctive "wow effect" right after entering.
Visible beams, stone walls, original lighting, vintage furniture, sculptures and solitaires together form the atmosphere of a boutique residence – but still with the feeling of a real home.
The interior works with light, structure and detail.
During the day, the space is calm and natural, in the evening it transforms into an intimate scene where light, shadows and stone create a strong atmosphere. There is a quality speaker system for listening to music (via bluetooth) and a fireplace for cooler evenings - an ideal combination for slowing down, chatting and quiet time spent inside the house, always with respect for the tranquility of the surroundings.
The kitchen looks like it's from a stylish hotel - a combination of stone, wood and designer lights complemented by a gas stove for those who like to cook.
Upstairs there are bedrooms with original features, such as a bathroom sensitively integrated into an antique cabinet. Rooms with paintings and crane motifs give the space a character that is not seen every day.
The surroundings of Jevan are ideal for walks, bike paths and a stay in nature.
Just a few minutes' walk from the house there is a lake with a beach, suitable for swimming and water activities.
We are happy to lend guests a paddleboard for 2 people or a boat for 3 people and help arrange a fishing permit in advance.
There is a tennis court, a sports field and a children's playground in the village.
Within walking distance you will find a restaurant and a popular pastry shop. An ideal combination of an active day and a quiet return to the house with an exceptional atmosphere.
This place is for guests who appreciate aesthetics, tranquility and respect for space. It's not an anonymous commercial rental, but a home we share with people who see it in a similar way.

The place is suitable for both a quiet stay and an active weekend on a bike, by the water or with children.

Later checkout
Later checkout is possible according to occupancy and by prior arrangement. We always try to accommodate, but it cannot be guaranteed for all stays.
Grill and fireplace
There is an outdoor gas grill. A gas bottle is included in the price of the stay and guests do not have to worry about it.
Wood for the fireplace and outdoor fireplace is also included in the price of the stay in a reasonable amount.
Paddleboard and boat
For guests of weekend and longer stays, a boat and paddleboard are available free of charge during the summer season.
Use of the boat and paddleboard is at your own risk.
The guest is responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration of the equipment caused by improper use.
In the event of significant damage or deterioration, compensation will be charged up to the amount of €200, i.e., the purchase price of the equipment."
Infrasauna
The infrared sauna is included in stays booked from 01/21/2026.
For reservations made before this date, the infrared sauna is not included in the price of the stay.
Respect for the peace of the surroundings
The house is located in a quiet residential area. We ask guests to respect the quiet hours between 10:00pm and 6:00am and the area around the house
