The space
The entire 65m2 living space of the penthouse is covered with exclusive white marble parlour, has lots of sun light and is very calm. A spacious 140m2 roof-top terrace invite to relax in the shadow of two large sun canopies from sightseeing or long flamenco nights. The terrace has all day sun and you will be the only users .

The penthouse has a charming living room with large windows, smart TV, ventilator and air conditioning. The sleeping room with double bed (linen provided) is north-facing and air conditioned. Two more persons can sleep on the sofa-bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower (towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided). A fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and free Wifi complete the penthouse.

The penthouse is on top of a historic Palace which was built in the 19th century as a private family castle. Respecting the original features like marble stairs, wide corridors, columns and arches, the Palace was entirely renovated in 1990 and is today listed as "UNESCO Heritage of Cultural Interest".

Indeed, the palace’s San Miguel neighbourhood was the birthplace of Flamenco. Today, the most authentic flamenco and sherry bars are still located here, and invite to dive into this fascinating culture.

The street of the palace still owns other nice palaces; the name of the street is ‘Caballeros’ which means ‘gentlemen’, as several noble men used and still live in this street.
