My place is in the woods filled with wildlife. You’ll love the location, just off the highway to be out of the way, down a short dirt road but close enough to town for all the amenities. The views are spectacular in every season. I try and have a place of quiet and solitude. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids)

The space
The house sits on 40 acres of wooded land, very private and serene. Access to hiking trails, access to the state snowmobile trails, 21 miles of groomed cross country ski trails just six miles away, ATV trails that go all over the county and access to many lakes and sightseeing activities.

Guest access
The kitchen, dinning, bath, and living rooms and the back yard are available just not the garage and surrounding shed. Pet access by approval only.

Other things to note
I no longer have the room mate. The listing is the house and backyard. The garage is separate as well as a drive way for my self to my back field. Pets must be approved. :) Note: Some folks have trouble with the spiral stairs.
