- RM100 will be charged for each lost key or access card. Please send a video showing all items returned in the mailbox during check-out

- No vandalism — Please treat the home with care. Any damage or missing items will be charged accordingly
- No parties or events. Please do discuss with the host first if you really need to hold a party/event.

3. Behavior🍺
- No excessive drinking. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused

Located along the scenic Karpal Singh Drive, our condominium is just steps away from a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The promenade itself is a popular spot for jogging, cycling, and dog walking, and you'll find a variety of art sculptures along the way.

Although pets are not allowed in our property due to management restrictions, there is a pet hotel within a 5-minute walking distance.

If you're in the mood for a casual meal, the Fisherman's Wharf Food Court is a short walk away and offers both local and international street food. And for a true cultural experience, don't miss the Macallum Street Night Market, a well-known and must-visit destination in Penang. So, our location is perfect for those who want to experience all the city has to offer while still enjoying the comfort and convenience of a modern condominium.
