Because of this, guests can comfortably use the entire indoor space, courtyard, and rooftop.

The space
Cornerstone Stay prioritizes the comfort of those who come to travel.
Cornerstone Stay instructions are available in three languages in Korean, English, and Chinese.
In addition, we have prepared instructions (Korean/English/Chinese font) throughout the accommodation for ease of use. 😊
You can use all the amenities provided in the house.
List of amenities: Washing machine (laundry detergent and fabric softener, baby laundry detergent, baby-only fabric softener provided), dryer (we also have a drying rack on the veranda😊), dehumidifier, various baby items, etc.
* The summer dehumidifier is prepared in the living room. Please use it comfortably for indoor drying of laundry or for a pleasant humidity level. 😄

Use of 3 bedrooms (all bedrooms open)
You can comfortably use all spaces other than the bedroom (living room, dining room, bathroom, veranda, outdoor yard, and rooftop) regardless of the number of guests.
There are a total of 3 ✨️ bedrooms in the house. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are a total of 3 beds in the accommodation. In particular, the bed in the third bedroom is low-floor, great for infants or children. ✨️
* There are a total of five air-conditioners in the property for use during the summer and shoulder seasons. All air conditioners are LG Whisen products. We have installed one air conditioner in each area of the home, except for the bathroom and the veranda. You will be able to stay comfortably and coolly during the summer. There is a floor-standing air conditioner in the living room, and there are wall-mounted air conditioners in Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3, and the dining room—five air conditioners in total. 😊
* A circulator is available on the veranda. If you need it, let us know and we'll prepare it for you.
* Enjoy the wifi comfortably with Wi-Fi.
(It's convenient to work on a laptop at the table in the dining room.)
* The accommodation is equipped with a water purifier (LG PuriCare cold and hot water purifier).
* All TVs in the accommodation are LG products. You can watch Netflix, Disney Plus, LG Channel, and Olleh TV on the TV in the living room, and you can watch Netflix, Disney Plus, and LG channels on the TV in bedroom 2.
* Play nice music with a Bluetooth speaker and enjoy the good atmosphere to the fullest.
* There is a washing machine and Samsung dryer in the accommodation, so it is convenient to wash and dry.
* A portable warm air heater (electric warm air heater) is available for use in winter. In addition to the floor heating of the basic boiler, if you use the hot air fan together, you will be able to stay even warmer.

When maintaining the ✨️accommodation, all baby items, furniture, windows, handles, and items are thoroughly sanitized with safe disinfectant alcohol products (83% ethanol, remove at least 99% germs and viruses).✨️
[Yard]
* You can wash the sand in the beach using the water facility in the yard 😊
It is a small but fully decorated yard with various plants:) When you enter the gate, you will be greeted by an exotic sago palm and a camellia tree planted in a small stone wall, and there is a small table next to it.
When the sun goes down, the lights that light themselves add to the atmosphere.

We have a spacious 4-seater sofa and swing chair in the living room where you can relax.

Guest access
[Parking]
You can park in the guest-only parking space on the side of the road under the fence of the accommodation. We provide detailed information on the parking space and information in the guidance message sent on the day of admission.
If you have more than two cars, please use both the guest-only parking space and the vacant lot in front of the accommodation:)
[Front yard]
The table is ready.
If you have tea time here, the palm trees in front of the house will bring you the feeling of a resort.
From the evening, the wall lamp that lights up on its own will bring a wonderful atmosphere.

＊We will provide you with the number key (door lock password) on the afternoon of your arrival (contactless check-in).
＊This property can accommodate up to 6 people (up to 7 people when accompanied by infants under 24 months of age).
＊ In addition to the number of people reserved in advance, additional people are strictly prohibited (including visitors).
＊ Pets and admission are strictly prohibited.
* All indoor areas of the property are non-smoking.
* Breakfast and barbecue are not prepared separately.
* We try to prevent bugs and animals through periodic quarantine. However, due to the nature of the Jeju seaside area, it is difficult to completely block all bugs and animals from entering.
Refunds due to the appearance of bugs and animals are not possible, so if you are sensitive, please be careful with your reservation.

Cooking dishes with strong smells is prohibited.
