The bungalow is situated min Santa Pola, 15 km south of Alicante, on a private, quiet street near beach, restaurants and shops. Once there, everything you need is within walking distance.

The space
The bungalow is a typical spanish summer residence and can be rented all of the year. It is situated in probably the warmest climate in Europe (min 18 deg Celcius in winther), and the saltlakes surrounding the city makes a fantastic, healthy climate.
The house has two floors, two bedrooms, four beds, one toilet and a bathroom with toilet and, bathtub and shower. In front of the house you find a large terrace with furniture for dining (all the year) and sun bathing.
The kitchen and living room is newly renovated, and there is aircon and heating on both floors.
The house is lying on a quiet, private road. It is oriented south, with sun from noon, but the terrace can be fully covered with an awning. The beach is well suited for children with low depths, and you reach it by feet in only 2 minutes. A supermarket is also reached by feet within two minutes, and center of the town with many shops, bars and restaurants is only 10 minutes away by feet. Transport to and from the nearby Alicante airport takes 10 minute by rented car or taxi.
The bungalow is registered with the Spanish authorities (VT-444203-A) for legal renting out.
