Enjoy your stay at our warm, lovely, relaxing studio condo unit! It is located near a national highway. It is nested in a tree-laden hill yet it is not so far from the city proper; only a few minutes away. From here to the city proper, one can access many restaurants, shopping, night market, and nightlife. It is a wonderful location to spend time with family, friends, or business. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a suitable kitchen. Self check-in anytime after 3 pm. We value our guests' comfort.
The space
GUEST ACCESS
Our unit is located in the 2nd floor of the Victoria Building in the Balai de Selendra Complex. As of now, it is the existing and functional building. Using the secondary entrance, you will be on Floor Level 1, you just need to go up one stair flight. Starting from the lowest basement and using the main guest entrance you will be on B2.
Starting on the higher level parking right above the lowest floor, you will be on B1.
INTERNET
Our unit has it's own Globe 200 mbps plan. Please feel free to connect through wifi or using wired access (ie please bring your own LAN cable). Password details will be sent you prior to your check-in. Please connect to 5G network to experience faster internet. Please do not reset or reprogram our router.
PARKING
Selendra Memorandum PMPP-02 :
"Our parking slot rate is Php 300.00 per night stay that covers the period of usual check-in time at 2:00 pm and check -out time by 11:00am of the next day. Strictly one vehicle per slot only. Any physical structure damages occurrence or any distraction that the user may cause to the paid parking-slot will be charge accordingly."
"To reiterate, this is a “first come first serve basis”, Balai de Selendra will hold no more
liability during the instances that parking slots were all occupied. "

Please contact the assigned housekeeper prior to your arrival. Details will be provided on your welcome messages on your Airbnb mailbox.
Other things to note
DRINKING WATER
Please provide for your own drinking water. We encourage you to buy what you need for your stay, based on your preferred brands and water type.
MANAGEMENT CONTACT
We are in contact with the in-house property management to cater your needs. For technical concerns on water supply and electricity, elevator matters, parking spaces, and any building matter, please feel free to contact them at their office.
SAME DAY BOOKING
Please understand that same day booking for this Unit may need approval from Building Admin. Processing of applications by their staff is usually between 12 PM to 2 PM only and late reservations may no longer be approved. It may also need a manual approval from us. It isnproabble that we cannot schedule housekeeping due to availability of housekeeper or current guest not checking out on time. Always consult with our customer support prior to booking. We also reserve the right to decline same day requests if it is not possible for our manpower.
SMOKING AND VAPING IN-UNIT
This is a high offence. Guests leaving trails of smoking cigarette, weed, or vaping will be charge AT LEAST PHP 2,500 or more depending on the severity. If it will trigger the building alarm, we will leave it to the guards and the management to push more sanctions and fees to our wayward guests.
