Our Japandi Style home is a bright & warm breathing space within the city.
The space is located in ETON Emerald Lofts in Ortigas Center, Pasig City-a great jump off point to malls, offices & Medical City. Lots of convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
Focusing on good flow, staying true to the Japandi way, we focused on simplicity. We kept the space clutter free, and have provided only the essentials to make your stay comfortable!
The space
Our home is a cozy space good to sleep 2-4 people comfortably, and is located on the 18th floor. It is an intentionally bright unit to give the home a warm and spacious feel, there are no thicker curtains available. Please take note of this before booking. :)

Building requires all guests to submit to us their government IDs (passport for foreign nationals). We have to submit these prior to your arrival. You may opt to censor sensitive details but do not book if you aren't comfortable in providing.
There is a parking slot within the building that can be leased for an additional PHP 350.00 per night and is subject to availability.
We do not accommodate early check-ins. As for late check-outs, we accommodate this on a case to case basis depending on our schedule for the day. We reserve the right to decline requests.
CONNECTIVITY:
We installed a 100mbps internet service for your convenience.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped with the following for your use and consumption:
- Single plate induction cook top
- Full refrigerator (6cu)
- Rice cooker
- Kettle
- Microwave oven
- Kitchenware (pots, pan, knives, ladle etc.)
- Dinnerware (plates, bowls, glasses, cups etc.)
- Dishwashing liquid & sponge
- Coffee, creamer, sugar (complementary)
LIVING & DINING:
By the kitchen is the living & dining area where you can entertain a few people during your stay. Having visitors over during your stay is allowed provided you keep noise to a minimum and not exceed a total of 4 people including yourself / yourselves.
The living room has a sofa bed, with lots of throw pillows for added comfort. There is also a 43" smart TV that is equipped with HBO Go.
Our home also has a lovely little ledge with a partial view of Antipolo. It’s a nice little area to wind down.
BATHROOM:
Our shower is equipped with a water heater so you won’t have to worry if you don’t like cold baths.
We have provided shampoo, body-wash, hand-wash & toilet paper for your consumption.
2 fresh towels are also provided for your use. We encourage you to bring your own towels if you will be needing more than 1 per person.
BEDROOM:
The bed is a semi-double and can fit 2 people comfortably.
The sofa bed and window ledge are additional sleeping areas for the 3rd and 4th person.
OTHERS:
We would like to kindly request our guests to take good care of our home as if it were your own.
We use automatic room sprays and fabric conditioners. If fragrance is an issue, do advise ahead so we can make adjustments.
Pool is open from 6AM to 9PM, Tuesday to Sunday.
Parking is NOT included.
LUGGAGE STORING is not available.
NOTE: Inclusions are as posted. Requests for additional pillows, blankets and towels will not be accommodated unless the booking specifically states more than 2 people will be staying.
Guest access
ETON Emerald Lofts has a nice pool on the 6th floor. Good for laps or a cool dip if the day is hot.
There is also a small gym that has a few equipment which you can use.
Both amenities have to be booked ahead with the lobby!
Other things to note
Stays that are a 7 days or less - Additional cleaning during your stay is not provided but should you need one, feel free to book via the GoodWorks app (fairly cheap for basic cleaning).
For stays that are above 7 days - Do let us know if you wish to schedule cleaning, we are happy too accommodate a cleaning every 7 days.
A washing machine is not provided but there is a self-service shop in Sapphire Bloc (building beside ETON Emerald Lofts).
Admin office is open from 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday and 8am to 12nn on Saturday.
Maintenance & Engineering can be called anytime during the day, they are typically responsive if the need is immediate.
