This luxury two-bedroom apartment is designed to suit different types of travelers with a capacity for up to 9 people. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, air conditioning, a 65' Smart TV, blackout curtains, and a private bathroom—an ideal space to rest in total privacy and comfort.
The second bedroom is versatile: it has two double beds that can be joined to another single bed as a nest for a baby or small child, or simply covered in a extraking-size bed, or used as a third single-size pull-out bed depending on the group’s needs. It also includes air conditioning, a Smart 55'TV, and private and direct access to the balcony with the most beautiful lagoon view. It is also well equipped with a full bathroom with all the needs, including relaxing hot water, with a spa massage multifunctional showerhead, everything perfect for those seeking more independence or a comfortable shared space.

The apartment has a security card lock. You will need the password key to open the box and get the key from it. This information will be released once you get admitted to the complex.
You and your party will have access to all areas of the complex as a courtesy once you receive your bracelets at the admission process. You can enjoy the Number 1 Attraction in America: Krystal Lagoon, and if you wish, you may request kayaks (subject to availability) and paddleboards from the Nautical Club to explore and have fun on the crystal water.

• Wet areas (jacuzzi, steam room, sauna): 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Other things to note
The apartment is located in the PRIVE ZONE. Make sure to let your driver know that the entrance is BEFORE the gas station on the right-hand side, then turn left at the roundabout.
Once you pass security, enter Tower 4 on the first floor, right on the corner, you will find apartment 1A. There is an elevator in case you park on the ground floor, and you will take it to 1st floor, walk to the right, and you will find the apartment right in front on the corner.
To ensure a safe experience in compliance with the regulations of Migración Colombia and the Ministry of Tourism, it is necessary to provide the full names and passport numbers of all guests for pre-registration.
• For safety reasons and out of respect for the community, you must inform us in advance if you wish to have visitors and provide their complete information. Otherwise, entry will not be allowed. Only registered guests will be granted access to the apartment.
• All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the entire stay.

• The property is located in a private and quiet residential luxury community called Baia Kristal Complex, ideal for relaxation and quality time with family and friends.
• Small gatherings are allowed, but loud parties, excessive noise, or events are not permitted in accordance with building rules.
It might be a little bit of noise because the complex around is still under construction.
• All building amenities are subject to availability and condominium regulations.
• Guests must respect community rules and quiet hours.
• Valid ID may be required at check-in by building security.
• Smoking is not permitted indoors, an extra cleaning fee will be charged as a violation of this rule, $250.000 cop
