This home sleeps up to 10 guests and has everything you need for that perfect getaway, including a coffee machine, Netflix and Wifi. Plenty of books/games for adults and the little ones. High chair and access to toddler safety gates.
Downstairs features 2 bedrooms, the one to the right is set up as a second lounge/teenage kids retreat TV room, which makes this home ideal for two families.
Bedroom 1: 1 x queen size bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x queen bed, a large 3 seater couch, TV, a perfect room for the kids.
Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen bed (located upstairs)
Bedroom 4: 1 x bunk (with double bed on the bottom) and 1 x single bed on the top plus 1x separate single bed.
Downstairs also has a generous sized bathroom and combined laundry.
Enjoy modern contemporary living with a great emphasis on open plan living and entertaining, with 2 very large decks overlooking the spectacular ocean views. Upstairs also features a great sized bathroom, with a bath and shower.

My friends and I had a lovely stay. The house is spacious and clean. The balconies were great for meals outdoors, reading and playing games. Can walk to the beach or nearby pub/cafe and a short drive to Torquay. Would definitely stay again.

This lovely house is perfect for a large family, a group of friends or two families as there’s loads of space, including 2 separate balconies. The fact we could take our small dog and he was safe in a large secured backyard, was an added bonus.

Great house with everything you may need; ocean views, clean, spacious, front yard and back, good kitchen, bathroom, everything you could need . Netflix was a bonus and a great big tv.

Great stay and great communication - especially with the late change to bring my sisters dog. Thanks for accommodating us. So great to go away and not think about bringing linen! Lovely front deck overlooking Jan Juc.

The townhouse was modern, clean and well equipped, it was great with our 18 month old with a safety gate at the top of the stairs and lots of safety locks on drawers and cupboards.

The house was great. Especially loved the upstairs kitchen and living room space. It was perfect for spending time together as a family. The personalized note and gift basket was such a sweet touch to welcome us.

Neighborhood highlights
Overlooking the front deck is a vast open space including a lovely grassy paddock and a tree lined valley. Beyond this vista, the eye is drawn to the beautiful blue ocean. A 10 minute walk will get you to an oval for the dogs to run and a fully equipped park and skate board facilities and tennis courts. An extra 5 min walk will get you to the milk bar, fish & chip shop, Swell Cafe and the Beach Hotel. Just across the road is the beautiful Jan Juc surf beach. It will take a 2 min drive by car to get to this beach and 5 mins to get to Torquay’s Cosy Corner beach.
