You have access to the shared Gym in the lobby and your own large, private & luxurious apartment that features a giant private balcony with a Jacuzzi. The Gym must be opened with the key and locked upon leaving. The Jacuzzi is actually a product that is imported from the US by an Israeli company and costs 35,000 NIS so please treat it like your own and don't go in dirty or with sand from the beach on you. You will receive an instructional video on how to get the most out of it and care for it properly.
It's critical to note that Beach Suite Israel has designed our vacation apartments to provide you with a true hotel feel. That means that people don't live in these apartments - they are year round vacation hotel like properties. I have rented AirBNB's where it's evident that someone just left their house for a few days because somebody paid top dollar for their house. You feel like you are sleeping in someone else's home for a few days and often the house is full of their laundry and personal belonging. I at least find that to be a very uncomfortable feeling. We even launder our sheets and towels commercially at the same laundromat that the Fattal hotel chain would use. As a travel guru and credit card points guy myself - I have a knack for what traveling guests want and need.
Other things to note
*For observant Jews: Our luxurious apartment is located on the 1st floor and we also have a Shabbat Elevator. Our refrigerator has a shabbat mode as well. You have everything you need for Shabbat including a hot water urn, hot plate and a Synagogue right under the apartment building. Please contact me in advance if you will need kosher dishes*
*As can be seen from the exterior building photo, this is a recently built luxurious building. Many apartments on airBNB are renovated apartments in building that are dumps. This building is stunning and of course features a shared Gym in the lobby. The Jacuzzi is all yours - it's private and on YOUR balcony.
*The main 3 bedrooms in the actual apartment have 8 real beds divided into 3 bedrooms and we have 2 additional quality spring mattresses that can be put on the floor in one of those 3 bedrooms. The 4th Bedroom is located on the garden balcony adjacent to the apartment (an addition) and has a double bed.
