Our house is located in the Jacundá 2 neighborhood, in Alter-do-chão, on the shores of Lake Jacundá and next to Jacundá 2 beach. A sanctuary of tranquility, with a private natural pool of serene waters for moments of peace and contemplation. When you open the doors, we offer not only a place to stay, but a complete experience of connection with nature and relaxation. A comfortable place, but one that still makes you feel like you're really in the Amazon.
The space
The house has a rustic concept, wood, exposed bricks and an ecological roof, overlooks the lake, and invites guests to feel an integral part of this serene environment. It's a perfect space to gather the family. The house has access to Jacundá Lake through the back gate, and Jacundá 2 beach through the front gate.
The rooms are cozy, where each guest can enjoy privacy and comfort, while waking up to the morning serenity of the lake at their doorstep. It is an invitation to awaken to the singing of birds and the gentle murmur of water. We do not have a television in the bedrooms, we only have a projector upstairs, which can generate moments of integration with the whole family. In the living room we have beanbags and padded mats available, as well as a portable air conditioner and fan. The house also has Wi-Fi.
The house has 3 bedrooms with central air, one for a couple, one for 2 single people (bunk bed) and one for a family of 4 (couple plus single bunk bed). We have 3 bathrooms in the house, one upstairs, for the bedrooms, and two downstairs (these two with electric showers). We have 8 pairs of hammock hangers scattered around the house, and we provide 4 hammocks, 2 mats and a double inflatable mattress.
FAMILY ROOM – JACUNANAMA: It has a double bed, a single bunk bed and a pair of hammock hangers.
DOUBLE ROOM – JACUNDAYSÚ: It has a double bed and a pair of hammock hangers.
SINGLE ROOM – JACUNRUMIN: It has a bunk bed (with two single mattresses) and a pair of hammock hangers (a double inflatable mattress or 2 mats can be added)
Our kitchen and barbecue area will be available for our guests to prepare delicious meals during their stay. 5-burner stove, refrigerator, 534L horizontal freezer. We have enough dishes and utensils for a family of up to 12 people. Just bring the ingredients for your special recipe. Appliances available: popcorn maker, air fryer, coffee maker, blender.
The garden and outdoor areas are spaces of freedom and leisure, where guests can venture into outdoor activities such as playing volleyball or simply relaxing by the house's lake. We also have a playground for children to play, and two showers to cool off.
We also provide 2 kayaks (amount paid separately).
When renting our house, remember that this is a family's dream, so take care of it as if it were your own, follow all the guidelines, and hand it back as you received it. We hope your stay is a unique experience, and we are available for any questions.
Guest access
We have 8 beds (2 doubles and 4 singles) to accommodate guests, and 4 more hammocks to accommodate 4 more guests (total 12). We also have an inflatable double bed, padded mats and beanbags available. Over 12 people are charged a fee per guest.
Guests can access all areas of the house that have a key.
Other things to note
Guidelines:
- We are not responsible for belongings left in the house after the stay, if shipping is necessary, the guest will be charged for the freight.
- We are not responsible if there is a power or internet outage, as these are factors beyond our control. If this occurs, inform us so that we can open a call for correction.
- No noise is allowed after 11 p.m.
- No narcotics are allowed in the house, or any illicit drugs.
- Third parties are not allowed to enter the house during the stay, only the people already agreed upon at check-in.
- Minors are not allowed to enter without parents or legal guardians.
- An on-site inspection will be carried out at check-in and check-out, and any missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest.
- Parties are not allowed on the premises, nor are visitors. The maximum capacity of the house is 12 people (including adults and children). If more people than the contractual number are identified, a fine will be applied per person.
- A small pet is allowed, and the guest is responsible for any damage caused to the house.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
- It is not allowed to connect the pump hose below the water tank.
- The speedboat parked on the property is not part of the accommodation, please do not climb on it or touch its parts.
- When using the pool, do not jump or climb the rocks.
- Remove hair products before entering the pool. Do not throw away any liquids or chemicals.
- Avoid accidents, do not leave children in the house without adult supervision.
- Do not hang or climb on the balcony.
- The house's breaker and machine control room will be locked.
- If you need a washing machine (small tank), we have it available, request it at the time of booking.
Please lock the house when you leave or when you sleep. Some animals like cats and monkeys can enter at these times.
Water the plants if you can.
Trash goes in the trash. Do not drop objects into the lake, or food scraps
