Welcome to the Izzy's Lookout in Leamington, Ontario! Available all year round you can enjoy this spacious two bedroom lake house. Whether you are here to bird watch, enjoy Point Pelee or just to relax, this lake house has it all. Located just 10 mins from Hillman Marsh, 15 mins from Wheatley Provincial Park, 10 mins from Point Pelee and downtown Leamington. Public boat launch and beach nearby. Large back yard has 3 decks & a patio and includes propane BBQ and a fire pit.

The space
Open concept floor plan has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large living room, full kitchen and dining area. Lake house can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Sit and relax outside on one of the 4 decks/patio. Dinner can be made in our full kitchen or on the BBQ located on the kitchen deck. Board games are left for you to enjoy at the games table in the living room.
